HANDLING SYSTEMS DIVISION

Throughout this Division, PRAMAC Group offers a

wide range of machines for handling and logistic

applications: manual and electronic pallet trucks

and stackers. PRAMAC’s high quality production

methods are characterised in these machines, using

the best design solutions and materials available.

The machines from this line are designed to satisfy

every requirement and to exceed the highest

At the end of each assembly line each machine

The base, following conditioning, is painted with a tough epoxy coating at 250°C. This gives a high quality finish, and awards greater resistance to daily wear-and-tear, and atmospheric damage.

The nylon rollers guaranteesafe and smooth rolling. The optional polyurethane rollers provide excellent silent movement, and prevent damage even to the most delicate floors.

Maximum pressure valve

When maximum load capacity is exceeded, the oil pressure exceeds its maximum limit and the valve automatically stops the forks from lifting. This prevents possible structural damage.

The hand pallet trucks of this series have big wheels (200x50) to reduce handling effort.

Intelligent Weighing System

The Scale Series is available in two different models, both with

an intelligent weighing device with several options. Suitable

for lifting and carrying heavy loads, this Series is not designed

for “official” weighing but is extremely helpful for internal use.

GS/P 25 stainless

Display (GS/P25)

The central display allows a quick and simple reading of the carried weight. Its software allows not only weighing but also unit counting, adding and totalling of multiple loads, with serial number that can be stored within its memory.

The GS/P 25 model is also available in a Stainless Steel version ideal tobe used in humid or damp conditions. It is suitable for all applicationswhere high hygienic standards are enforced.

Great power and stability

The CX14 powered truck is available in several versions fitted

with MOSFET technology. They are suitable for carrying loads

on smooth floors and other surfaces. The small size and

turning radius make the CX14 range ideal for work in areas

where space is at a premium, such as lorries or narrow aisles.

The QX22 is a highly versatile machine: it can be used for

pallet handling in tight spaces or over longer distances using

the ride on platform. The strong frame, high battery capacity

(315Ah) and mobile battery change station makes this truck

typical of the previous series, is an even stronger

machine. The increased capacity, the reinforced forks

and the steel pulleys and roller-driven forks are just some

examples of its increased quality. The foot plate allows

Max pressure valve

When maximum load capacity is exceeded, the oil pressure exceeds its maximum limit and the valve automatically stops the forks from lifting. In this way, possible structural damage is avoided.

very steady, and are suitable for lifting very heavy loads.

The TX12 version has polyurethane wheels as standard to

reduce resistance and effort required even with the full

The Straddle Series, which is available in five versions

fitted with MOSFET technology (GX series), is highly

versatile when dealing with different size loads.

These versions are fitted with gel batteries that will

not possibly loose any battery fluid – meaning that no

maintenance is necessary and suitable for all applications

where high hygienic standards are required (chemical,

pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries).

The separated excited traction technology(SEM)

guarantees constant speed with or without load, while the

MOSFET transistor is used to regulate control traction and

allows smooth and progressive control.

This allows the operator to disconnect the machine from the battery, and connect it to an external battery charger.

This system allow the operator to raise the fork to a height of 1600mm from the ground, without increasing the minimum dimension of the machine (h1).
