A little about RosterElfAfter years of rostering pain, business
owner Simon Ingleson searched for a
software solution help roster his 50
employees across his 3 restaurants.
After trailing a number of options, he
came to the conclusion that none of

Shift SwapsForget about shift swaps nightmares. RosterElf handles shift swaps with ease. If an employee requests a shift swap, RosterElf will �nd a replacement, ask managers to approve or deny, update the roster and notify all impacted employees of the outcome. Simple.
Everytime a sta� request a shift swap, RosterElf algorithm will �nd
the most quali�ed sta� to be the replacement and will notify all of
them about the new available shift.
