Chip redistributorThe chip redistributor is a systemfor the discharge of different chips,e.g. from mechanichal proces-sing. The incoming chips aredischarged from the workstationby means of a chip conveyorsystem. The chip redistributor isdesigned to distribute the con-veyed chips into several con-tainers.

Advantages- environmentally friendly separation of the chip waste- container replacement without idle times- fast and environmentally friendly disposal of the chip waste at the workstation

Washing cabin

Areas of applicationThe washing cabin can be a part of a plant for the mechanical workpieceprocessing. It is used for the cleaning of processing residues on workpiecesafter the turning, milling or grinding process. The cleaning is effected byrinsing the work piece and then, a subsequent drying is executed by meansof high air flow.

Water cutting table

Areas of applicationThe water cutting table is used in to water jet, plasma and flame cutting systems. It is especiallysuitable for metal-processing, as well as for non-metallic cutting processes, such as sawing plantsfor stone, wood or glass.

Functional principleThe cutting table is designed as a substructureand sheet support for cutting portals. If required,its water level can be regulated in a fully automaticway by means of interior air tanks. An integratedscraper discharge hauls cut parts and abrasivesvia an ascending part during the cutting process.Deposits at the bottom of the trough are preventedby this self-cleaning system. Optionally, a mecha-nical lifting device offers the possibility of lifting

and lowering two cutting supports individually andautomatically. While the cutting process is takingplace at one of the two supports, the materialunloading and loading can be effected at the othersupport. Such logistics of the cutting processreduce the pre- and post-processing times.Moreover, an extension can be effected by meansof an interval function and a night service modein order to automatize the conveying process.

Advantages- the crimped mesh below the cutting support prevents small flame-cut parts in the container- reduction of the exhaustion and therefore, lower power requirements- no dust load- no manual cleaning of the water tank required- longer durability of the cutting support

Continuous dryer

Advantages- significant space savings- no need of additional storage space- easy loading

Areas of applicationThe continuous dryer is amodular drying system withx-levels and two liftingstat ions, each at thebeginning and at the end ofthe system, in order toconvey the good to be driedinto the next level. Anymaterial can be dried in thissystem.

Unwinding device

The function of the unwinding device is theunwinding of, for example, large cable reels witha max. diameter of 1.25 meters and a weight of2.6 tonnes.

A modification in the use of an unwinding devicecan be carried out for any unwindable yard good.
