DATE AND LOCATIONThe North Midlands Full Power & Single Lift Qualifier – Sunday 18th June 2017 - will take place at Real World Fitness Gym, Units 21/22, Trent South Industrial Park, Nottingham, NG2 4EQ.

AIMThe aim is to invite female and male lifters at all age and categories to qualify for 2018 National events.

TIMINGSWeigh in: 8am – 9.30am. Lifting commences at 10am

Cut-off date for this event: 1st June

DRESS CODEEquipment as detailed in the BDFPA rulebook displayed on the website. Lifting belts, wrist wraps and foam rollers etc will be available for purchase on the day at RWF Shop.

COST OF THE EVENTFull Power: £25.00

Single Lift: £20.00 first entry – any additional lift £5.00
