Camp Beaumont has always been a life-line for busy working parents and a place of inspiration, memory making and social interaction for children. Campers will reach new heights on our Active programme by taking part in confidence-boosting activities, learning new skills and enjoying plenty of healthy outdoor activities; making their school holiday extra rewarding.

Developing interests is a key focus; children set their own pace with a choice of 30 activities each week. Whether your child enjoys high energy sports or they can’t get enough of arts and crafts, they’ll have the chance to experience what they enjoy best. Our adventures inspire children to learn more about themselves through teamwork and most of all having fun with new found friends; they’ll get so much out of their day camp experience.

Let’s have some fun and get active!

Campers need to work together to solve the clues hidden around the room – else they will never Escape Beaumont! Based on escape rooms this activity will keep children engaged and encourage teamwork.

Focussing on reducing waste, this activity will challenge children to make something new from something old, as well as learning a little more about the environment and the importance of recycling.

Campers will be provided with circus skills equipment like juggling balls, monoflings, diablos and much more before being taught the basic skills by the instructor. They’ll then have a chance to hone their talent and then put on a show.

Lots of games to be played and fun to be had

We’re heading out to investigate a crime that has happened at Camp Beaumont – participants will need to solve clues, interrogate other staff members and use their brains to work out who the culprit is.

These land-based water games are great fun for everyone! Children will play games like the water balloon and spoon race and sponge tag, as well as getting the chance to splat their instructor with water.

This activity is full of riddles and challenges for the participants to solve. Will they manage the rope line challenge or the inner tube conundrum?

Arrive at camp with a warm welcome from our friendly and reassuring camp team. Our Activity Leaders will be with your child from the start of the day to the end, making sure they have the very best time.

It’s spin the wheel time! Our campers will get to spin our activities wheel to pick our first activity for the morning, followed by lots of wiggles and jumps with our ‘Wake Up, Shake Up’ daily routine; a fantastic team bonding exercise.

Our morning sessions are packed with a mix of indoor and outdoor activity including Catwalk Challenge, Archery and Art Attack. Water is always available and encouraged throughout the day.

It’s lunchtime and a chance to re-fuel ahead of the afternoon. Our friendly and supportive camp team will make sure every child has their lunch and is feeling good. This is also a chance for friends and siblings from other groups to say ‘hi’.

Back to it! Our afternoon sessions have the same level of energy and fun atmosphere with a much-loved selection of activities, such as, Crime Scene Investigator and Jewellery Making. As the day draws to an end, we have a re-cap on the highlights of the day.

Collection is between 4:30pm and 5:30pm; for those staying on an extra hour they’ll get to enjoy an additional activity. We say farewell to all our lovely campers and make sure parents are safely reunited with their adventurers. Your child will be coming home super happy and will definitely have a good nights’ sleep!

Need an early drop off or late collection? You can opt to extend your child’s day camp from 8am- 6pm. This service costs just £50 a week, £10 a day or £5 per half day.

Our Camp Managers and their Deputy Camp Managers are supported by an enthusiastic team of Head Group Leaders, Group Leaders, Activity Instructors and Early Years Co-ordinators who collectively create the unique team spirit our camps are famous for.

Children’s happiness, wellbeing, safety and enjoyment come first. Acting in loco parentis, we apply the same standards of care and safety that any parent would expect. Your child is in safe hands, a minimum staff to child ratio is practised at all times and each camp has a designated Child Safety Officer.
