3. Unpacking and Installing the Machine In the packaging of the device with the device has 3 small packing crate. In these, the following equipment is located. a) The optical display b) Machine, standard accessories, 3) Weight Set Unpacking the machine, the top package, and then solve the side packaging.

4. Transactions to be Made Before Use, the Device Remove the wooden wedge in the rear side of the device. Open the top cover.Remove the wooden wedges at the bottom of the mirror optical lever and remove the safety parts. Place the machine on suitable table by putting eye bull on testing table.

4. 1 Installing the weights

Unpack the machine load weights. Insert the weight of 500 kg.first.Then, the weight of 250 kg each, to be putted in correct order.

4.2 Installing an optical display

Unpack the optical screen and bolts, place them on the front of the device.

4.3 Hydraulic Oil Filling

Hydraulic oil, of the machine were evacuated to avoid problems during shipping. Therefore, fill the hydraulic tank of 22 liters Tellus 42 (or equivalent) oil.



4.4 Electrical System

Three-phase 380 V/50 Hz mains be obtained with the plug socket. By pressing the on-off switch, the engine must turn in the right direction.

5. Brinell Hardness Testing Method (EN 6506-1, ASTM E10) The following table 1 shows, the suitable Brinell tet methods to be applied on different materials with certain thickness according to testing loads and ball indenters.

6. Performing the Test Choose the ball indenter according to the following table & insert to indenter holder.

-Run the machine by pressing the ON-OFF swich. -Place the part of the test table (7).Raise Main shaft (5), nut (4) the aid, support forthe protective end piece (13) until it touches the bottom surface of the lift. This indicates that the load is applied completely. 8-10 sec after being gutted by fire-light wait for the installation of standby time. -Then, load lever in the "Unload" position. Meanwhile, the index system works and passes through the optical position and thetrack is seen on the screen



7. Reading the Trace Value of

Between the lines is 1 mm on the big screen. Between the lines is below 0.1mm,micrometers, each line is 0.01 mm.
