Any digitized video files must be in either .MPG format (version 1) or .WMV format. Page set-up for briefings: Wide screen format (16 x 9) (1280 x 720 px or 1920 x 1080 px) Computer/Audiovisual media: CDs, DVDs or Memory Sticks; please avoid PAL format and use NTSC. Briefing and AV Requirements

• All briefings must be built in Microsoft PowerPoint (any version).(Open Office is acceptable, however it will be converted to PowerPoint.)

– Any digitized video files must be in either .MPG format (version 1) or .WMV format.

Each country may add to the background as it needs to; however, if you are changing the background PLEASE be sure to inform the people listed above as soon as the briefing is available.
