pre- and post workshop knowledge questionnaire scores were 66.4±16.8 and 82.5±10 respectively, and the difference was(16%) statistically significant (p <0.05).

Conclusion The workshop successfully enhanced the
knowledge and communication skills of the students and increased patients’ satisfaction.
Inclusion of students’ self-assessment and patient evaluation should be encouraged in pharmacy educational programs.

than that expected during the planned time frame.
