Bridger Coal Company wishes to amend the above"referenced materials license. All devices under this license are fixed gauges. Please make the three changes listed below:

Condition I 1. - Please remove from the license the following names: Jonathan Gross, and Keith 0. Tanner. Please retain in the license the following three names: Norman E. Hargis, Donald E. Wales, and Shane Riding.

Condition 12. - Please change the Radiation Safety Officer for the license from Jonathan Gross to Donald E. Wales. Contact information for Donald Wales is:
