Client : Media Company by a Top Canadian Model A leading Canadian event staffing agency, representing the highest calibre event personnel at corporate events and promotions for the world’s top brands.

Case I – Natural Eyelash Glue

Impact : The client is in process of launching the product in the market.

Development of an eye lash glue with all natural ingredients, with better performance than existing alternatives

A detailed analysis about the existing alternative was done and various parameter to measure the performance of the products were identified

A detailed prior study was conducted and ingredients of the existing products and their functions were identified

On the basis of the performance parameters, various natural ingredients with the required performance were selected and three formulations were prepared

Some samples were prepared using the selected formulations and performance testing was carried out.

Best performing samples were sent to the client for feedback, and based on feedback, final formulation prepared.

Goal Approach

Client : An Asian Power Generation CompanyOff grid power generation company using Biomass, More than 100 power generation plants; present in two continents.

Case II – Generating Value from Ash

Impact : The client is in process of setting up plant to commercialize the technology. The silica developed in the process is one of the best grade of Silica.

The client generates a huge amount of rice husk ash. Disposing such huge amount create issue, due to low commercial interest.

In depth research was required to develop a commercially viable technology to utilize the waste by extracting silica from the ash.

Desired specification of the silica was identified after discussion with the client.

A detailed prior study was conducted and various possible process were identified.

A process was selected for further research, ensuring commercial viability and avoiding any IP conflicts.

Technology was developed at lab scale followed by development at pilot scale.

Samples of silica were produced and tested to confirm the specification.

Goal Approach

Client : An European Construction Chemical Company

Client is an European company involved in manufacturing of various construction chemicals.

Impact : The technology is commercialized in Europe. Product is launched in Market.

Client’s market was affected due to a new product launched by one of its competitors in the market.

Client approached us to develop a similar products with better properties.

Analyzed the samples of the competitors product and identified the raw material, and process used to make that product.

Literature survey was done to identify other ingredients to improve the product further

A final formulation was prepared and costing of the product was done to meet pre-decided product cost.

Product samples were prepared in the lad, testing was done and samples were share with the client for testing at their end.

After client’s approval, fine tuning of the product was done and technology was transferred to the client.
