DEPOSITThe BrickYard requires a $250.00 deposit on the day of agreement. This is a non-refundable fee which guarantees you our BrickYard lounge and your preferred date. This deposit will be applied to your fi nal invoice. Deposits can be in the form of cash, check, or charge. Please make checks payable to ANR Restaurants LLC.Final payment will be due upon the date of your event. This also, can be in form of cash, check, or charge. Please make checks payable to ANR Restaurants LLC.

PAYMENTThe BrickYard will provide bartenders and servers to fi t your events needs. 18% gratuity will be added to your fi nal invoice as well as applicable meals tax.

SERVICEThe BrickYard guarantees our beautiful atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious menu selections. We ask that you guarantee your fi nal head count one week prior to your event to ensure a successful and happy experience for all! Once provided, this guarantee is not subject to a reduction if the guest count decreases.

GUARANTEEPlease inform us if there is a menu item you desire but do not see, we can try to accommodate allyour needs.The BrickYard welcomes you to bring your own cakes or desserts. If for any reason you would prefer us to fulfi ll your dessert needs, we will be more than happy to accommodate you!
