A practical and informative course consisting of 6 sessions aiming you to develop a greater
understand of the physiological, emotional and cognitive aspects of stress and anxiety and develop an awareness with regard to personal thought/behaviour patterns and triggers.
“CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK, CHANGE THE WAY YOU FEEL” Promotes:
A knowledge of the nature of stress and anxiety
A better understanding of how to effectively deal with stress and anxiety
A deeper knowledge of personal reaction to stress and anxiety
A recognition of personal belief systems, thought and reactions and how to change them
