    The Policy Guidelines for appointment of Block Resource Centre

    Coordinators BRCCs ):

    i Minimum qualification:

    ii Teaching Experience:

    Minimum 10 years experience as regular teacher in the department of Educatio

    Himachal Pradesh.

    iii Eligibility Conditions:

    a) Only JBT in case of BRCCPrimary and only TGT in case of Upper Primary.

    b) There should be no departmental enquiry or proceedings pending

    contemplated against the applicant or the person should not have bee

    punished or held guilty for misconduct or for dereliction of duty by th

    department at any stage of his career.

    c) If s) he is promoted as CHT /Lect.lHead Master or Principal during h

    tenure as BRCC s)he shall be repatriated back to his /her parent cadre.

    tv) Age:

    Not more than 50 years at the time of appointment.

    v) Tenure:

    a) A BRCCshall be appointed for a period of three years only. There will be n

    further extension.

    b) If the performance of the BRCC is not found good, or his/her working is no

    found in the interest of the project s) he can be repatriated back to his/he

    parent Deptt. at any stage.

    VIII. Appointment of BRCC s

    - Appointment of BRCC shall be issued by the Director Elemen

    Education on the basis of the recommendation of the Sele

    Committee. No teacher shall be appointed as BRCCon Adhoc

    and no teacher shall be given charge of BRCCson temporary

    that has not been recommended by the Selection Commi

    BRCC Primary and Upper Primary can be entrusted to look

    the work of each other in case of vacancy at either level.

    - No Principal/Headmaster shall be appointed as BRCC and

    incumbent, if promoted to any of these posts shall cease t

    BRCC.

    IX Designated controlling officers for maintaining the se

    record.

    a) The BEEO of the concerned block shall be the Contro

    Officers of the BRCCs-Primary, and he shall be competen

    sanction any kind of leave to the concerned BRCCsand main

    service record thereof.

    b) The Block Project Officer BPO)/Principal Govt. Sr. Secon

    School of the Block headquarter, shall also act as contro
