Bravo! Nomination Form

Anyone can nominate a partner for a Bravo! Award. If someone you work with has done something extraordinary, and you want to recognize their achievement, consider whether their specific action meets the nomination criteria, then follow the procedure below:

1. Bravo!’s may be awarded for an action that has accomplished one or more of the following: • Exceeded the standards of Starbucks customer service. • Significantly increased sales. • Increased savings in costs or resources. • Support of our Mission Statement.(If you’re unsure about whether the action has sufficiently met these criteria, check with your manager or V.P. of operations.)

2. Describe on this form how the specific action you wish to recognize meets one or more of the above criteria.

3. Give the form to your manager for approval. Your manager will then submit the form to the V.P. of operations. The award will then be approved, created and returned to you for presentation.

4. Recognizing each other’s accomplishments strengthens our sense of partnership at Starbucks.
