JE Movement

Internal Management

The first cycle Brasil Júniorcrossed was related to itsfundamental managementstructure. It was the time tobattle the initial difficulties,define an organisationalstructure, and create aconsistent strategic plan.

In the second cycle, actuallyreaching its end, the focus wasin legitimating Brasil Júniorinternally and in producingproducts and results to theJunior Enterprises and StateFederations.

The third cycle will be based inestablishing Brasil Júnior and theJunior Enterprises in theBrazilian society. It will be timeto focus on the externalpromotion and recognition,increasing the market of theJunior Enterprises.

ENEJ – Encontro Nacional de Empresas Juniores

Brazilian National Meeting of Junior

Enterprises, will have its 18th edition in 2010.

Every year, between 1.000 and 1.200 junior

entrepreneurs attend the event, making it the

largest Junior Enterprise event in the world.
