LOGOUSAGE

The logo itself is designed around the idea of a sewn on patch. Although the colours shown are suggested for primary usage, the logo works with multiple colour ways and can be changed where needed to complement the collateral it is being used with. Where possible, the primary colours for the logo should always be used to ensure an overall consistency.

The texture used on the logo should always be kept. This helps inject more heritage into the logo and reaffirms the “explorer” side of the logo and name.

The secondary colour ways for the logo should only be used where the main logo clashes with other colours/imagery that it’s used amongst. Please reference colour palettes in this document for guidance on new variations.

COLOURPALETTE

The primary colours were chosen to reflect prestige. Complementing each other while offering great contrast when used over the top of each other.

The secondary colour palette has the ability to evolve dependent on use.

The colours should always be bright and vibrant and have the ability to work with a complementing colour.

IMAGERYSTYLING

S T E P 1Create a paint stroke of solid colour that complements the image you intend to use.

This can be either done in Photoshop or Illustrator.

S T E P 2Bring the photograph you intend to use into the program of choice and size according to your paint stroke.

F I N A LI M A G EThe paint strokes used in the background should always work to complement the image.

S T E P 3Mask the image within the paint stroke to give the effect as seen above. This image can now be overlayed over a textured paint stroke to give the final result.
