What is the scope of our business: Pakistan Footwear Industry is rapidly growing day by day and it has more establishment and improvement in the Footwear brand. Footwear is the only manufacturing industry which has increased its exports at large extent. Both in Pakistan and around the globe, the demand for footwear is increasing day by day. Footwear industry in Pakistan is very established and improving with the passage of time. The footwear industry is Pakistan is very developed industry, because there are huge numbers of branded shoes outlets have been opened in every big city market in Pakistan. All of these outlets have large collection of shoes i.e. Women’s shoes, Men’s shoes, kids shoes etc. Every person love to do shopping and buy shoes according to his/her choice. There are many people who have an awareness about the Shoe brand and have boost the Pakistan footwear industry which produce great impact in local footwear industry. So brand awareness should be there. This local footwear industry grasp the opportunity & try his best level to develop the quality brand, not only in local brands but many well-known shoes brand like Hush Puppies, Pierre Cardin and logo are being manufactured by Pakistani local footwear industry under license. 6. What industry problems/customer pain points does your company solve?

Wrong again (sort of). Shoes can protect your feet from some acute injuries, but I’ve noticed that people step on nails with or without shoes. Many people fear broken glass, but broken glass is rather rare these days (“plastics make it possible”) and is actually not that dangerous anyway. While stepping blindly and forcefully on a huge shard of glass can cause a severe cut, that kind of thing is not likely to happen on the sidewalk. (Ironically, it is likely to happen while wading in a littered river, which lots of people do, barefoot). On the sidewalk, most broken glass is small and lies flat. As for nails, it turns out that it’s better to actually step on a nail barefoot than while wearing shoes. Why? Because the shoe is a hotbed for bacteria (remember that Pseudomonas?) and the likelihood of a dangerous bacterial infection skyrockets from your shoe. Lastly, while shoes may offer some protection against acute injuries, they are responsible for most of our chronic foot injuries, like bunions, Hallux valgus, hammer toe, over-pronation, fallen arches, etc. etc.So we will solve the problem by producing injury free shoes

7. What type of brand program have you had in place to date?

Finding causes both your customers and your company care about can create magic for your business. This requires internal knowledge about what your organization cares about and who they want to help in the world.  A good example of this is Toms Shoes. Instead of doing the traditional “buy one get one free” promotion, Toms built a strong customer following and reputation for giving back by giving away a free pair of shoes to someone in need for every shoe purchase made by their customers. So we will create cause marketing for brand program

8. What is your current market position and ideal future market share?

We are offering new or improved products to present markets. By working closely with our

customers, we may find new and innovative ways to better satisfy your target market.
