PAYMENT & COLLECTION PROCESS 1. Obtain your invoice from the auction clerks and verify its

accuracy. 2. Pay for your winnings up front on the chancel of the

church. Pay in cash, make checks payable to “Bradford UU” or pay via a credit or debit card.

3. Show your receipt to the auction assistants to pick up any items you’ve won.

AUCTION DETAILS How to Bid: Your 3-digit bidder number is on the back cover of this

booklet. Use this number for all bids, not your name.

Silent auction from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

Silent Auction Items Silent Auction Items and bidding sheets are located along the windows on the north and south sides of the church and are numbered 201-30; Silent Auction Sign-Ups are numbered 300+.

Silent Auction Sign-Ups Silent Sign-Ups includes offerings of events, classes, trips, services and specialty food items that you can take home with you tonight. All Silent Sign-Ups offerings are on both sides of the free-standing display at the front of the church. More information and pricing when applicable available on the sign-up sheet for each offering.

Raffle tickets: Tickets can be bought throughout the evening; the drawing is after the live auction. Place the tickets in the appropriate prize box of your choice. Be sure to keep your ticket stubs to compare your numbers with the winning ones.

Heads & Tails Game: Purchase necklaces for $10 each or 3 for $20 prior to the live auction (maximum 3). The winner receives one-half of all money collected for the game.

Live Auction at 7:00pm: Live auction items are numbered 1 – 100. Signal your bid by raising the number on the back of your auction booklet.

ATM Service available in rear of sanctuary from 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Bargains… or Blessings? While we all are on the lookout for a good bargain, please remember that dollars spent tonight go to Bradford Community Church UU to meet expenses. Open your hearts as well as your wallets; bid often, bid high, bid to win, and bid for Bradford UU!
