Modular Design - Flexibility The distillation system is comprised of a control module and a distillation module. Different distillation modules and dewatering modules can be used with a single control module. It takes less than five minutes to change distillation modules. Just disconnect the module and roll it out. Roll in the desired distillation module and connect. It is easy to switch from D2892 to D5236!

It is possible to use various boiling flask sizes and column types all with a single control module. This arrangement saves both space and money. The needs of laboratories often change over time. The flexibility

to add additional distillation modules and dewatering modules long after the original equipment is installed is a great benefit.

Automaxx 9100 Crude Oil Distillation Software

The Windows operating system is included along with a state

of the art PC.

The Windows-based software is intuitive and guides you

through the distillation step by step.

All data is saved to the hard drive in standard format that

can be easily opened by spread sheets. Files can be accessed

through USB or Ethernet connections.

A color printer is provided to print hard copies of the reports.

Process diagrams clearly show the current equipment status.

Results can be viewed as the distillation proceeds in both

tables and graphs. Receiver log shows the content of receiver

through the entire distillation process.

The Parameter Assistant automatically suggests distillation

parameters based on the operator input. This is particularly

helpful to new operators.

Distillation parameters can be modified at any time during

the distillation.
