Challenge program

The Challenge program is intended for the renewal of BP’s professional workforce from which future business and functional leaders may emerge.

The program intent is to develop individuals to fully functional individual contributors in their disciplines.

Generally, the individual would rotate jobs every 12 –18 months and would have 2 –3 different jobs, predominantly within discipline.

Duration in the program would normally be around 3 years but could be longer or shorter.

Limited international assignments available for top performers
