Effective, Affordable FitnessAnd Wellness For Women —But Not As You Know It! 360Hit is a new modern boxing and wellness studio for women, birthed from the passion of two women Melissa and Tracey that were passionate about holistic health and wellness and wanted to create a space whereby women can feel like they are in a safe place to grow personally, mentally, physically and spiritually. We wanted this space to be a hub where women and girls can realise their goals beyond the physical.

Our 2 studio’s include a boxing + fitness circuit, group classes, relaxation lounge, a refreshment bar, workshops, meditation space, wellness + massage services.

Our studio is a safe, supportive environment for women to build strength, confidence and resilience on a mind, body and soul level. We are hoping you will feel that our space is warm, inviting and honest. You will feel

listening to and have a home away fromhome.

We want you to feel motivated and encouraged by the dynamic and sociable nature of our small group training circuit and wellness studio. Our goal is that every member will leave feeling amazing on every level and want to keep growing with us.

Your Complete Wellness Team, All Under One Roof

Members will have access to a team of experts including one on one time with a personal trainer, massage therapist, goal setting coach, nutritionist, naturopath or counsellor to go over any concerns, anything they’re unsure about and get help with their health and wellness.

This unique mix of challenge and care ensures every member of ours makes clear progress towards their goals and can feel better in themselves in all aspects of your life.

360Hit also offers “Standing Strong” Programs for young and teenage girls.

About Our Founders

Melissa Madgwick

Melissa is a published health and wellness author, also a branding and marketing expert. Melissa has owned her own successful branding business for over 7 years helping well known brands get established in the Australian market. Melissa brings all her knowledge and passion for helping women into creating this new health and wellness brand to life with her business partner Tracey.

Tracey Jewel

Tracey is the author of three personal development books, a marketing strategist and a mental health first aid instructor. She is currently finishing her Cert IV in fitness and a diploma in mental health. Tracey is an influencer and mental health advocate and is on a mission to empower and impact women creating with Melissa with 360Hit.
