a sport at all. But, bowling is mak-ing a comeback, as it adapts to the information age. Many bowling alleys have installed electronics onto their lanes to give it a futuristic look. These electronics comprise of fog machines, black lights, LED and neon lights, and state of the art stereo equipment. On top of the electronics, they have enhanced some of the bowling equipment . Some of the enhanced equipment includes glow in the dark pins and bowling balls, and even glow in

the dark shoes. Many bowling centers have glow bowling. Glow bowling is also called “cosmic bowling” or “mid-night bowling” in other alleys. Alley owners try to make the bowling al-ley feel like a dance club. With the black lights aglow and the music pumping you are sure to have your-self a good time. Even, now bowling alleys have made it to where they have glow bowling at all times of the day and not just at nighttime. These bowling centers are under the name of Lucky Strike Lanes. These unique bowling allies have over 18 locations in the United States and have glow bowling from

open to close. These still aren’t your aver-age bowling alleys. Lucky Strike has given the sport of bowling a makeover of sorts making it look like an A-list event. Bowlers can only wear neat, casual fitted clothing inside the bowling alley and the dress code is strictly enforced during certain times of the day. The old retro look you may see in movies and old TV shows on TV Land does still exist, but most centers are trying to adapt to the 21st century. With glow bowling, these bowling allies seem to be doing a great job and are recieving “striking” results.

Bowling happens to be one of them. The Kinect sells fake bowling balls you can strap onto your hand to feel as if you are actually swinging a ball down the lane, giv-ing it a more realistic feel. The game also in-cludes a bit of glow bowling, unlike the Wii, and impressive graphics to make you feel as if a household has indeed become a bowling alley.
