boundary walls

As part of YHN’s regular estate inspections, we have identified that improvements need to be made to several walls on estates. Where existing walls are not up to standard they will be replaced with either bricks or fencing. What improvements are made will depend on individual schemes. If you are a leaseholder or private owner and one of the walls identified for demolition joins part of another wall that you have responsibility for, there may be a cost involved. We will contact you with further details once a contractor has been appointed. Before the work Please remove plants/personal belongings that you wish to save before the work starts to avoid them being damaged. If your home is joined with a private property you may need your neighbour to sign a Party Wall Agreement before any work starts. This is to confirm that your neighbour has agreed to the work taking place. Customer satisfaction We monitor performance of all contractors and may contact you to find out how satisfied you are with the work. We welcome any feedback from you. • As part of YHNs regular estate inspections, we have identified that improvements need to be made to several walls on estates.

    Before the work

Please remove plants/personal belongings that you wish to save before the work starts to avoid them being damaged.

If your home is joined with a private property you may need your neighbour to sign a Party Wall Agreement before any work starts. This is to confirm that your neighbour has agreed to the work taking place.

    Customer satisfaction

We monitor performance of all contractors and may contact you to find out how satisfied you are with the work. We welcome any feedback from you.
