Do you know what I love so much about cheese? I’m constantly discovering new things about it. The thing is, the more I come to know about cheese and the more I interact with cheese professionals, the more I discover I still want to learn.

For our product development, cheese and material expertise is crucial. And you can always expect BOSKA – the world’s only specialist in Cheesewares® – to go the extra mile. It’s time to set up our virtual desks, put on our thinking caps, and establish the ‘Cheese Academy’. This will be our platform for cheese expertise: especially on how to eat and prepare cheese, but also for knowledge sharing, our ambassador’s stories, trips, innovations, pairings, videos, blogs – basically everything that’s fun to know about or do with cheese.

Not everyone has a cheese curler yet, and so not everyone can enjoy the Tête de Moine. The fact that these Cheesewares® are the key to more sales made Swiss cheese manufacturer Fromages Spielhofer SA put on their thinking caps. Together with BOSKA they developed a plastic, disposable cheese curler in a very compact packaging that fits efficiently in the cheese counter.
