Crystalline Product SegmentExpansion of development activities

Start of operations of the first expansion stage of the R&D Technical Centre for the development of crystalline silicon solar cells in the first quarter of 2009; start-up of the second expansion stage with the integration of additional facilities planned for the second half of 2009 Establishment of a new research and development centre at Arnstadt to integrate R&D activities in the Ingots, Wafer, Solar Cells and Photovoltaic Modules sectors.
