ALLEN BORESHA SHAKES TOPIC: Q. Can I mix the Boresha Chocolate Protein Shake or the Berry Meal Replacement Shake with Boresha coffee or B- Skinny Coffee? A. No – absolutely not. The label for the Chocolate Protein Shake and the Berry Meal Replacement Shake clearly states that the only liquid that can be added to the shakes is water/ice. There is no mention of adding any form of coffee. The Nuvo Gene Tea also cannot be added to the shakes, and neither can any other Boresha product. To do so would derail the delivery and effectiveness of the Shake formulas. Q. But, when you were onstage at the Boresha Orlando Convention 2012, I heard you say we could add a cup of B- Skinny Coffee to the shakes to make them thermogenic. I’m confused. A. Actually, when I was making the Boresha Ice Cream onstage and handing out samples as I discussed the Ice Cream, I said you could add 1 cup of the brewed Boresha B-Skinny Coffee (cooled/ chilled) to the Chocolate Ice Cream, not to the shakes. The Ice Cream is made using the shakes, but with different mixing instructions.

ASK DR. ALLENBORESHA SHAKESTOPIC:

Q. Can I mix the Boresha Chocolate Protein Shake or the Berry Meal Replacement Shake with Boresha coffee or B-Skinny Coffee?

Q. But, when you were onstage at the Boresha Orlando Convention 2012, I heard you say we could add a cup of B-Skinny Coffee to the shakes to make them thermogenic. I’m confused.

A. Actually, when I was making the Boresha Ice Cream onstage and handing out samples as I discussed the Ice Cream, I said you could add 1 cup of the brewed Boresha B-Skinny Coffee (cooled/chilled) to the Chocolate Ice Cream, not to the shakes. The Ice Cream is made using the shakes, but with different mixing instructions.

Q. Since the Shakes and the Ice Cream (made from the Shakes) are both made from the same product, the Shakes, why can’t I add coffee to the Shakes, but I can add coffee to the Ice Cream?

A. That’s a logical question, but it’s not the way the chemistry works. The Ice Cream has very high viscosity, and the Shakes don’t. They are 2 different products.

We have provided (on the Shakes label) the fruits that can be added to the Shakes, Low Glycemic fruits. We will provide detailed recipes for making fruit smoothies from the Shakes. We are also providing specific recipes for the Shakes that turn them into Ice Cream.

So, we need to view the Shakes as two different products –

• Meal Replacement/Protein Shakes and Smoothies• Low Glycemic, Diabetic-Friendly Ice Cream

Anything, whether liquid, fruits, sweeteners, coffee, tea, or anything else that is added to the Shakes, that does not originate from the Official Dr. Allen Recipes is prohibited, because it can derail the effectiveness of the products, and change the metabolic response.

Q. I tried using the Boresha Shakes on cereal instead of milk – it was delicious – is this okay?

A. Cereal is notoriously High Glycemic – even high fiber cereal can be High Glycemic, which can create weight gain. If you are trying to lose excess body weight, then eating cereal is contraindicated. Cereal also can wreak havoc on blood glucose levels, exacerbating Insulin Resistance and Diabetes.

Those issues aside, if you are determined to eat cereal, then using the Boresha Shakes instead of milk is okay, because at least you are getting high quality proteins and vitamins and minerals.

But remember, you can gain weight from eating cereal, that is not related to consuming the Boresha Shakes.

Q. Can I use the Boresha Shakes on my children’s cereal instead of milk?

A. Absolutely not. The Boresha Shakes contain levels of vitamins and minerals appropriate to an adult body and not to a child’s body.

Q. Can I add the Boresha B-Creamy (creamer) to the Shakes or to the Ice Cream?

A. Absolutely not. It changes the formula.

BOTTOM LINE

Though it is tempting to create new ideas related to the Boresha products, it’s important to remember that any change not specifically outlined in our Official Boresha Recipes is not sanctioned and not allowed.

Even the slightest change to the Boresha products can derail their effectiveness, and may also be inappropriate metabolically.

In order for the Boresha products to work exactly the way they were designed to work, we have to follow a specific metabolic pathway, which requires that the instructions and protocols for the products are followed to the letter.

Boresha distributors are very smart and very creative, and I am amazed at the ideas they come up with. We just need to stay within the borders of human metabolism and all of its complicated mechanisms. The Boresha products are delicately balanced and finely tuned to work according to label directions. Without following the label/recipe directions, the products won’t work correctly.

The important thing is to make sure the Boresha products work the way that I designed them to, so thanks in advance for your help in learning the perimeters of the products, and teaching these perimeters to your customers.

Best Regards to the Peeps,
