This unique, luxury property is situated in the beautiful resort of Cala Jondal with magnificent views of the sea, the island of Formentera and the sandy bays of Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta. The trendy beach clubs of Cala Jondal, Es Torrent, Salinas, It Cavallet and Playa d’en Bossa, as well as the airport and Ibiza town are just a ten minute drive away. The villa has a total of seven bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom and two guest houses, each with a bedroom and living-dining area.

The estate grounds are accessed through an electric gate protecting the privacy and peace of the grand and lovingly renovated manor house, two guest houses, gardens with orange plantations and car parking spaces. The rambling garden is Mediterranean in style and is ideal for families with children. The wooden decked pool area has breath taking countryside views and contains a pool house with kitchen, dining area, an out-door shower and a sophisticated sound system, perfect for parties and barbecues.

The main house is split level and the lower area com-prises of a spacious lounge with heating and air con-ditioning, a traditional fireplace and large windows fac-ing the sea and pool. The modern and fully furnished dining room stands next to a well equipped kitchen which, in turn leads to the outdoor terraces where there is plenty of space to relax and drink in the stunning views that are this vil-la’s namesake.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom, dressing room, an elegant bathroom and three additional bed-rooms, one of them single, with en suite bathroom and large terraces with overwhelming views.

There is a staff house, a summer house and two swimming pools. Jondal Views also comes equipped with a satellite system with international channels, sound system, television and DVD, air conditioning, heating, security alarm and an auto-matic irrigation system. The rambling gardens contain furnished terraces and rich, well-tended lawn areas set with decora-tive rockeries and statues. The position of the villa means that almost every part of it has magnificent sea views and at night the house, grounds and pools glow with warm colours from subtle LED lighting making those balmy evenings even more enjoyable.
