Note: You will need “Right Stuff” gasket maker for the Water Valve Nipple installation. This is available at your
local auto supply store.
1. The Condenser Relay (01 000 201), Drier (05 000 712), Water Valve (05 000 727) and Booster Pump (05 000
685) are installed on the driver side of the vehicle near the Condenser.
2. The Condenser Relay is installed as close to the Condenser as possible, either on a cross member or on the
driver side inner wall (Figure 1). The Relay is inserted into its socket (part of Wiring Harness 01 000 199) and is
secured in place with a small green lock. The Relay has an ear on the top used to secure it to the vehicle using a
self-tapping screw (02 000 074)(Figures 1 & 2).
3. A Pressure Switch (01 000 504)(Figure 3) is attached to the appropriate port on the Drier (Drier Bottle,
Drier/Filter, Receiver, Accumulator)(Figure 4).

4. The Drier bracket (06 000 763) is slipped over the unit (Figure 5). The bracket is mounted on the inner side
wall using two self-tapping screws to mount it to the vehicle (Figure 1). The Condenser Relay Wiring Harness (01
000 199) is attached to the Pressure Switch (Figure 6, Inset).
5. The Water Valve and Booster Pump can be assembled together before installing on the vehicle. The Water
Valve has two nipples (05 000 265) that are installed on each end. The threads of the nipples should be treated
with “Right Stuff” gasket maker and then screwed in (Figure 7). A Wye (05 000 020)(Figure 8) connects two hose
ells (05 000 110) that are clamped (02 000 390) in place

the Booster Pump Output (Figure 9). The Water Valve is attached to the vehicle with a 1” linestake (02 000 022)
around each nipple (Figure 9). The Booster Pump is attached to the vehicle horizontally (parallel to the ground)
with self-tapping screws (Figure 10). Pictures are taken from under the vehicle looking up.
