Terms and Conditions - The below signed agrees to advertise with BOOM!, The River Region’s 50+ Lifestage Magazine.I, the below signed, have agreed to the terms and provisions of this agreement. By signing, I acknowledge my authority to execute this agreement on behalf of the above named company. It is agreed that BOOM! may not raise advertising rates, and the advertiser not cancel this agreement during the contract period. Advertisers not fulfilling frequency commitment within one year of order date will be billed accordingly for advertising actually placed. Prepayment required until credit with BOOM! is established. Display ads are invoiced on a monthly basis. Terms of payment for advertising are net 15 days from invoice date. BOOM! may hold advertiser and its agency jointly and individually liable for all sums due. BOOM! must approve all advertising in advance of publication and may decline acceptance of any advertising for any reason. Credit for errors is limited to first insertion and will not exceed cost of space in which error occurs.
