At no cost, you can have your taxes completed at one of the CSUN VITA Clinic sites throughout the San Fernando Valley. You may also qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit when you file your tax return. File Your Income Tax Return for Free VITA CLINIC BOOKSTEIN INSTITUTE Proof of Identification for yourself and, if married, your spouse Both Spouses must be present if Married Filing Joint Social Security cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification notices/cards for anyone listed on the tax return Birth dates for you, spouse, and/or dependents on the return All Forms W-2 and 1099, 1098, etc. Spanish interpretation is available at most sites.
