Add bookmarks in a Word documentA bookmark identifes a specifc word, section, or place in your document so you can
easily fnd it again without scrolling through the document. For example, you mightcreate a bookmark to identiy text that you want to revise later.
To add a bookmark, you frst mark the location in your document you want to go to.Ater that, you can jump to the location or add links to it within your document.

bookmark.
#. $lick Insert% Bookmark.
&. 'nder Bookmark name, type or select a name and click Add.
Note ookmark names must begin with a letter, can be up to () characters
long, and cannot contain any spaces. ookmarks may contain letters,
numbers, or underscores * + .

Ater creating your bookmarks, you can jump to them at any time or add links to
them within your document.

Type $trl/- to open the Go Totab in the Find and Replacebox. 'nder Go to
what, click Bookmark, select the bookmark name, and then click Go To.
