What is AIESEC?AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management.

AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin. AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in global learning environment.

Through this program AIESEC is providing young students an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills through international internships mainly on social issues.

The objective is to target our country youth, the global entrepreneurs of tomorrow, help them enrich their education by living an international experience to challenge their world view and gain a unique combination of multicultural, social and entrepreneurial experience in theirs lives.

What will your student gain from our Global Exchange Program?

Our Global Exchange Program provides students with an international experience for the duration of 6-8 weeks to explore a new country while working on different social issues.

AIESEC Global Exchange Program

Online Application - Submit a filled application form to register as an applicant of the program.Assessment Center and Interview Assessment through tests and AIESEC’s Review Board will evaluate the application form.Contract and Administration Fees Agreeing on the terms and conditions of the Exchange Program.Preparation Seminar - AIESEC briefs on what to expect on the internship and how to make the most of the experience.Selection of the Project - Go through the different opportunities AIESEC has and run the selection process.Exchange Experience - Track the quality of the experience and make sure the terms and conditions are being respected.Re-Integration - Gives the opportunity to share the experience to others, join the organization and be part of our leadership development programs.

Opportunities

! Grow is a long-term non-formal education program addressed to high school students in Romania, being run by AIESEC and a specialized NGO in non-formal education. The main purpose of the program is to give the students a chance to develop certain skills such as project management and communication and also to take part in an international experience.

! Meet my friend is a project in schools with students between 12 and 18 years old. The main task is to show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes. The main goals of country presentation are to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance.

! Proffuture, is a project with the aim of activating leadership among high school students, providing for them platform for thinking and making clear own decision about future occupation, helping them to identify their values, strengths and weaknesses, personal and professional goals.

" Edison, is a project with the aim of spreading cultural awareness among youth of 12-17 years from schools through the delivery of workshops covering topics from cultural issues, social,political and economical situation in Macedonia and its comparison with the country.

! Young and Perspective, is a project based on cultural differences,which are run by international group of interns for various target groups in different places.By this interns help Russian Society to increase their knowledge about other cultures from all around the world.

! World without borders, is a project with the aim to spread cultural awareness among youth of 12-17 years from schools through the showcase of different countries with presentation about national traditions, food, history, national clothes. The project also aim to take part in cultural events.
