A letter from our president.I started Moran Yacht & Ship in 1988 after serving as a captain for 15 years onboard some of the finest yachts in the world at the time.

Now, after being in business for over 25 years, having witnessed many changes, economic ups and downs, and seeing many companies and

shipyards come and go during this turbulent time frame, I can tell you what the most critical component of a successful business is. The most

critical component of a successful business, more specifically a business in the yachting industry, is the people that make up that business.

Moran Yacht & Ship has been successful because of the experience, knowledge and character of its employees. Our experience and knowledge

have allowed us to provide counsel and advice to our clients whenever needed, at a higher level and to a greater degree than our competitors.

The honesty, loyalty and integrity exhibited by our professionals is unparalleled, demonstrating to our clients that we are a company of abundant

Several years ago I was asked by a leading yachting magazine my opinion on the yachting industry. I believe what I said applies to each and

every Moran Yacht & Ship employee. My response went as follows:

If there is a more exciting and invigorating business in the world than the yachting business, I have yet to find it. Before the cruise begins, our team goes to work arranging all of the details. This includes jet transportation, menus, wines, and any

other custom requirements that you may have. We will also share our cruising recommendations with you, such as ports, islands,

anchorages, as well as diving and fishing spots.

A yacht charter can have activities change from day-to-day, depending on specific itineraries, weather, and the personal interests of the

guests. The following is a sample of what can take place with an active charter group.

I get up very early in the morning and take the fishing enthusiasts out to sea. We bring along fresh croissants and coffee that the chef has prepared for us. When we return with our catch, we join the other guests for a full breakfast. The rest of the day is planned around water sports. During the course of a one-week charter, well have at least one snorkel trip and perhaps a dive trip. We have a terrific selection of equipment on-board and qualified crew to assist in every way. Our beach barbeque is first class. We set up tents, umbrellas, a beach volleyball net, live music, and the chef prepares a gourmet lunch onshore. After a long action-filled day, there is time to rest before having a cool drink and watching the sunset from the upper deck. After dinner, guests can choose a movie from our vast library and watch it on the ten-foot screen with surround sound in the sky lounge. No matter how varied each charter may be, one thing stays the same; the crew are always there to make sure you are having the best possible experience. DAY 1 PALERMOWith typical Mediterranean character and plenty of coastal appeal, Palermo dates back to the 8th century.

Built and grown over the course of centuries, this historic city is known for its rich history, diverse culture and

traditions. Endless Norman buildings, magnificent palaces and lively local markets adorn the city. Should you

be interested in a gastronomic adventure, Palermo is most definitely a city that can accommodate.

DAY 2 PALERMOKnown as the peoples beach of Palermo, Mondello Beach is located just miles outside the center of the

city. It is famous for elegant Livery-style villas, tree-lined streets, white sand beaches and crystal clear water.

It is perfect for seafood lovers and windsurfing enthusiasts.

DAY 3 LIPARI TO PANAREAAnchor off Lipari in order to visit Vulcano Island and bathe in the pools of warm waters emerging from its

submarine springs. Later in the day, cruise over to Panarea and anchor offshore. From there a helicopter

trip can be arranged to fly over Europes second largest active volcano, Serra Vancori. A recommended and

well-known restaurant ashore in Panarea is Restaurant Broccia, located at the Hotel Quartara.

DAY 4 AMALFICruise overnight to Amalfi on the southern side of the Sorrentine Peninsula. This exquisite city is the focal

point of the aptly named Amalfi Coast. The coast is lined with dramatic cliffs, small bays and coastal

mountains. The scenery is stunning and the local food is fantastic. Visiting Saint Andrews Cathedral will give

you a great sense of Byzantine style combined with Northern architecture.

DAY 5 POSITANOCruise further west along the Amalfi Coast to reach yet another jewel of the Mediterranean, Positano. This

town seems to stretch from the beach, up the mountains and into the clouds. Positano is a great place to

relax and go for a swim while you let go of reality. As John Steinbeck famously quoted, Positano bites deep.

It is a dream place that isnt quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have

gone. Dinner can be enjoyed ashore at one of the many fantastic local restaurants.

DAY 6 CAPRISpend the day and evening in Capri, known in Greek mythology as the Isle of Sirens. The main attraction is

the Blue Grotto, a sea cave flooded with brilliant blue and emerald light. It is highly recommended to see and

swim in the pristine waters of this natural wonder. Capri is home to numerous designer boutiques and an

endless choice of cafes, restaurants and nightclubs to choose from.

DAY 7 CAPRI TO NAPOLIUpon departing Capri you will be able to enjoy a magnificent view of Mt. Vesuvius while crossing the Gulf of

Naples on your way to Napoli. Stopping to enjoy lunch in Sorrento is highly recommended.MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE

DAY 1 ST. LUCIAFly into St. Lucia International Airport where the Captain and Crew will meet you and your guests. Your vessel

awaits you at the Rodney Bay Marina. Enjoy lunch on-board then partake in a variety of water sports. Another

option is to rent a four-wheel drive vehicle and explore this breathtaking Caribbean utopia.

DAY 2 ST. VINCENTCruise approximately 30 miles south of St. Vincent, which is home to La Soufriere, an active volcano.

Throughout this paradise you will encounter valleys, rain forests, rushing rivers, soothing waterfalls, and

black sand beaches. A great spot to tour is the Botanical Gardens, the oldest in the Western Hemisphere.

DAY 3 BEQUIA TO MUSTIQUECruise early in the morning to Bequia, the largest of the Grenadines, an old whaling island. A land tour

is highly recommended in order to appreciate this tropical Nantucket. For advanced divers, there are

numerous wrecks and shallow caves to explore. After a full days adventures, the yacht departs in the

evening for Mustique.

DAY 4 MUSTIQUE TO CANOUAN ISLANDMustique is a small exclusive island surrounded by pristine white beaches and clear aquamarine waters. Only

twelve nautical miles south lays Canouan Island, where you can find wonderful overnight spot at Charlestown

Bay, a favorite for many cruises. There are a number of dive sites where you can see giant boulders, sloping

reefs, and vast sea ledges.

DAY 5 & 6 MAYREAUThe island of Mayreau is the smallest of the populated Grenadine Islands. This small outpost of islets

consists of powdery beaches and the bluest water you will ever see. Two days can be spent in private while

jet skiing, snorkeling, diving, and enjoying beach barbeques. You can take quick trips to nearby islands such

as Tobago Cays, Palm Island, Mopion, or Petit St. Vincent, all within six miles.

DAY 7 GRENADACruise to Grenada, known as the Isle of Spice due to its abundant production of nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon,

and cocoa. Beach and watersport tourism have traditionally been the backbone of the Grenadian economy. In

recent years, ecotourism has grown in significance. It is recommended to explore the lush green mountains,

countless waterfalls, and unique crater lakes all over the island. Dont be surprised if you run into a few

monkeys on this jungle-covered island!

DAY 8 GRENADAThe crew will transport you to the airport for your departure after you enjoy a relaxing gourmet breakfast

on-board.

CARIBBEAN CRUISE

QUATTROELLELove life at sea Designed inside and out by Nuvolari & Lenard, this stunning Lurssen is another example of a world-class super yacht. From concept to completion, this project was supervised by Moran Yacht & Ship. She boasts a 7 meter swimming pool, art gallery, massive gym, helicopter capabilities, and eight staterooms serviced by 28 crew.
