Conclusion / Comment of thermal test report:

Tested luminare Sagar 50W 4000K IP66 Ta45 passed succesfully the thermal test (normal condition) in ambient temperature Ta = 44,8°C.No temperatures, measured in critical points were exceeded.1) Maximum allowed LED case temperature, valid for forward current 1050mA / 9 strings of LEDs = 116mA perLED is based on datasheet value of LED producer - L80 for lifetime 60,000 hours.2) Value is defined by manufacturer, for lifetime 55,000 hours.3) According Standart STN EN 60598-1.4) According Standard STN EN 60598-2-3 section 3.12.1 luminairy PASSED the thermal test because is defined10°C reduction which can use only for oudoor with thermal chamber defined in standard.Note: IR camera measurement can be useful to get a quick visual representation of the heat spreading through anLED system to see any potential hot spots and for other relative comparisons. However, using an IR camera forabsolute temperature measurement can be very complex and lead to inaccurate results.
