An open space both concept store and coffee bar, promoting the creativity of young designers from Indonesia and over-seas, together with the appreciation for specialty coffee and delicious food and drinks.

We believe we should come together to create, inspire and admire. Aiming to be an inspirational workspace, a social home and a platform for talented designers to bring their arts to a wide and international market. While, at the same time, being a flexible environment for music and art events.

Locally inspired and by the timeless features in latest trends, noting a simplistic, minimalistic and monochromic style yet a warm and homey ambiance.

The concept store offers designs, which are personally selected and handpicked for their outstanding features of personality, creativity and fine details. Focusing on the inven-tiveness of local designers with a sincere interest in telling the story behind their products.

BŪRO holds numerous of products varying from clothing, accessories, shoes, books, magazines and music to home ware, furniture and art.

Besides design, we have specialty coffee that we are excited about. At BŪRO, we have a passion for grinding, tamping, brewing and steaming. All essential steps for serv-ing smooth extractions of espresso, nice foamy cappuccinos and refreshing manual brewing.

Through our commitment to quality and collaboration with coffee enthusiasts we source and share the best beans from all-over Indonesia.

Next to our caffeine obsession, we have a thing for gathering teas, pressing juices and infusing waters.

Every morning we have homemade cakes and biscuits waiting to be discovered. During the breakfast and lunch hours, our kitchen serves simple, modern and healthy dishes made from pure ingredients with as much local produce as possible. We are always on the search for local farmers, who can provide us with the secret ingredients to our dishes.

Our dream is to create a multifaceted environment, an open space with a studio, store, coffee bar, work and hangout place, all under the same roof. Come to work, get inspired or simply just have some coffee and food. We are a place that fosters creativity, work and people.

BŪRO presents an open character towards creativity and people. The basis of the concept is focused on pro-viding new experiences and a beautiful atmosphere. We create a connection between products and people and offer an environment to admire others.

The concept store aims to be a platform supporting the most inspiring products and services from Indonesia. Every creative design should get the chance to share its story and meet their people, and we are passionate to be part of this journey.

By offering a wide-range of products and ser-vices, we believe that the concept of BŪRO can bring many different customers together. Our ideology is based on the fact that people love to find a connection with their products and share this experience with others.

Since, BŪRO creates a diverse environment, we divided our potential customers and soon to be ambassadors in three different categories: explorers, potential buyers and new crowd.

Our explorers are in the age from 20 until 40, in proportion more female, than male. Most of them are tourists and expats, holding local and foreign nationalities such as Indonesia, Australia, France, Germany, South-Korea, Japan and China. They are career-minded and part of a more middle and higher income level. All following the latest trends and truly care about their daily appearance.

Third-wave cafe’s and concept stores are their favourite hangouts and when something new opens, explorers are the first in line waiting to be astonished during their visit. Meeting their expectations will grow explorers into loyal customers, they are the heavy-buyers and like to be acknowledged and treated as a worthy customer.

Life is about creativity, innovation and enjoyment, and they are the first who share their experiences in the digital world.

Secondly, the potential buyers are people, who go shopping when they feel something in their collection is missing. With a mission, they enter many different stores in the hope to find some-thing new, something that will complete their wardrobe. Potential buyers worship variety and wide-selection. A little more keen on their budget, but are vulnerable for items that appeal to their style. Potential buyers are need and want seekers and meeting their expectations will evolve poten-tial buyers to daily customers.

Lastly, the new crowd comes to enjoy our cafe and accidentally falls in love with the retail experience. Perhaps without the real intention to buy, they explore the new ways of presenting products and will consider buying when they find something unique. These are the customers who may leave empty handed, although not totally, because they will definitely come back when they are aware of what they are searching for.

Our doors are open for anyone from 08:00 until 22:00 and it is our passion to provide you with the experience we call, BŪRO.

BŪRO acts as a physical store where a combination of design, art and craft provides a unique retail experience. In our concept store we expose many different products, from clothing, accessories and shoes, to books and furniture.

Next our store we have hangout spots and even an outside space. We offer a relaxing environment where we can accompany you with specialty coffee, variety of teas, healthy juices and comfort food.

BŪRO is an on-going developing project, in which we work towards new possibilities. We will soon host a variety of events such as movie nights, workshops, seminars, coffee trainings and acoustic performances.
