• Your inner human software is the accumulation of your subconscious beliefs.

6. Your Beliefs Create Your Results

• Beliefs create sensory filters

7. Limitations of Using Affirmations, Repetition, Intellect & Will

• Inner conflicts are held in place by patterns of energy and information

• Intellectual understanding does NOT remove the energy

• Will and effort do NOT remove the energy

• If you notice something you want to change in a word processing document on your computer o Understanding it doesn’t change it on the computer o Demanding that it change doesn’t work either o Changing it directly at the printer doesn’t work the next time you print it out

• There is an important distinction between: o Understanding the experiences at the basis of an inner conflict o The electromagnetic field that holds it in place

• The conditioning is at the subconscious level of the mind

• Beliefs that created the conditioning are just photons of light held in an electromagnetic field

• To change our behavior, it is most efficient and effective to change the beliefs held in the subconscious mind. This directly changes the field – the photons of light, to create a new field.

• You must change the word processing document (beliefs) directly in the computer (subconscious mind). With ACT™, you edit, you save, and you’re done.

• Changing the document (beliefs) directly in the computer (subconscious mind) changes the photons of light held in an electromagnetic field.

Conscious/Subconscious/Superconscious Mind The missing link between good intentions and effective action is the alignment of subconscious beliefs with conscious goals. The missing link between achieving goals and actual fulfillment is the alignment of the conscious goals with the superconscious mind. ACT™ aligns all three levels of the mind.

Conscious Mind • This is the part of you that thinks and reasons. Your free will lies here. This is the part of your

mind that will decide the changes required to live the type of life you want to experience. The conscious mind can accept or reject any idea.

• Conscious impulses travel at 120-140 MPH and a processing capacity of 2,000 bits of information per second.

• No person or circumstance can cause you to think about thoughts or ideas you do not choose. The “thoughts” you choose eventually determine the results in your life.

• Functions of Conscious Mind are memory, perception, reasoning, will, imagination, intuition

Subconscious Mind • The ideas that have been fixed in your subconscious mind through education, repetition, or

impact, form your conditioning. Your hidden self image resides here.

• The subconscious mind functions in every cell of your body. Every thought your conscious mind chooses to accept, your subconscious mind must accept and express…it has no ability to reject and no filters. The subconscious is your emotional mind.

• The subconscious mind expresses itself through you in feelings and actions. Any thought you consciously choose to impress upon the subconscious over and over becomes fixed in this part of your personality. Fixed ideas will then continue to express themselves without any conscious assistance. Fixed ideas are more commonly referred to as habits and the collective habits are referred to as the “conditioned mind.”

• Subconscious impulses travel at more than 100,000 MPH and a processing capacity of over 4 Billion bits of information per second.

• Functions of Subconscious Mind are to store beliefs, memories, and habits; it is your personal operating system

Superconscious Mind • The superconscious mind is frequently referred to as the spiritual side of your personality or the

universal mind. The superconscious mind knows no limits, except for those you consciously choose.

• Function of the Superconscious Mind is to connect you to the source of all supply; the Universal Infinite Intelligence

5 Step C.L.E.A.R.™ Process

1. CHOOSE, COMMUNICATE, & CLARIFY Highest Priority Goals with Your Subconscious Mind 2. LEVELS of Permission to Know How Much & How Fast You Can Change Beliefs 3. Step 1: This is the first, but very important part of your change process. You’ve heard the

saying…”Be careful what you ask for…because you just might get it”. Well, with ACT™, you WILL get it. This step makes sure that you’re crystal clear on the outcome you want and that your subconscious mind understands EXACTLY what that means!"

Choose. We start here because Choosing your goal is the core of what you intend to manifest. It

also informs your subconscious mind which beliefs need to be changed that are not in alignment with that goal. Everything else is reverse engineered from the goal. Sometimes, choosing the goal may be what you're most resisting. So we start here and pull it together so you have no excuses in manifesting what you’ve chosen as your goal.

Communicate. Then, you’ll establish direct Communication with your subconscious mind with the Accelerated Success Kit (ASK)™. The ASK™ module gives you the tools you need to communicate with your subconscious mind on your own, with a partner, and with clients. There is a detailed, step by step video tutorial showing you many different techniques you can choose from to Communicate with your subconscious mind, as well as the step by step process to follow. You only need to choose one that works for you, and you’re on your way.

Clarify. This is the 5-step Accelerated Intention Method (AIM)™ process. The language of the

conscious mind and subconscious mind are very different. The AIM™ process will "clarify" your goal in the language that your subconscious mind understands. It’s like a translation process that allows you to communicate your “conscious goal” to your subconscious mind. This is goal-setting for your subconscious mind, NOT your conscious mind.

Step 2: Levels of Permission Once you have your overall goal, you're ready to get the levels of permission. This is where you get permission from your conscious mind, subconscious mind, and superconscious mind to manifest your goal. Because this is such an accelerated method of change, this creates safety to make sure that it’s in your highest and best good to do the change. This is a fast and easy process, but one that can’t be overlooked or ignored. Fortunately, it’s built into the step by step process to follow so you’ll always know that it’s safe and appropriate to “go after” the goal you’ve set for yourself AND change all the beliefs needed to make it happen.

Step 3: Elicit the Highest Priority Beliefs Now you identify the limiting beliefs you need to change so that you can quickly and easily manifest your goal. By identifying the highest priority beliefs, you can get the fastest change in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of effort. You’ll know you’ve identified the right beliefs to change from the very beginning! There IS a way you can identify the exact right beliefs in the exact right order that need to be changed in support of your goal. There is a most efficient, effective pathway to follow to get the best result quickly, easily and effortlessly. You’ll feel completely comfortable that you can identify the highest priority beliefs you need to change by the time you're done with this module.

Step 4: Align the Highest Priority Beliefs The ACT™ alignments are the change processes themselves. Knowing how to facilitate the change with these simple, but powerful alignments is the key for changing your beliefs quickly and easily. Once you learn the steps to align your limiting beliefs, it only takes an average of 2-5 minutes to change your beliefs. You edit. You save. And you’re done! But there’s not just one way to change your beliefs. There are several change techniques you can choose from within the ACT™ system. You’ll learn 3 Powerful Alignments to choose from to change your limiting beliefs. While you don’t have to align for a belief more than one, you can use these alignments over and over to change most any belief you encounter that needs to be changed. You’ll learn which alignment to use to change each belief. Not every alignment can be used to change every belief, but there’s a quick process to identify which is the best one to use that will work to change the belief with 100% certainty. You’ll also learn how to incorporate other change techniques you already know to use as alignments within the ACT™ system. ACT™ works as a stand alone system by itself, or in perfect harmony and collaboration with any other change or healing tool you already know and use.

Step 5: Repeat until Complete Every time you align for a goal, it’s important to make sure you identify and change every belief needed to support your new vision. You don’t have to re-align a belief once you’ve changed it, but you probably have many beliefs around an overall goal that need to be changed. This last step makes sure you don’t miss any beliefs that need to be changed. With nothing left to chance, this step acts as a smooth transition to manifesting your goals without all the effort, struggle, overwhelm, and trying so hard. Changing your beliefs is obviously important to achieving your goals. But changing ALL the beliefs is essential to manifesting your goal in record time. This simple but critical part of the change process is in place to make sure you’ve not left any beliefs out that needed to be changed. Nothing that slips through unchanged. 1. Overall Goals Vs. Belief Statements:

Your Overall Goal is your destination. The individual Belief Statements are all the different highways,

streets, and roads that you need to take to arrive at your destination.

2. Create Well-Formed Belief Statements:

a. In the first person. It is most powerful when you are personally connected to and involved with the statement. These are most commonly “I” statements.

b. In the present tense. The subconscious is present time only. Therefore, belief statements in the present are most powerful. These are most commonly “I am…” statements. For example, “I am happy” is more powerful than “I will be happy” or “I am going to be happy”. We cannot test for the future. All the muscle test tells us is what is true in this moment. This is why it is not useful, and in fact can be misleading, to try to use kinesiology for predicting things or making decisions in the future.

c. A statement rather than a question. We use statements rather than questions because we are not trying to get yes or no answers to questions. We are getting indications that there is a resonance or there is not a resonance with what is being presented to the system.

d. Stated in the positive, as if it’s already true. Make the belief statements in the positive. This

may feel like the “big lie” right now. Perfect. Once the belief statement is aligned, this creates a powerful dynamic tension between your inner reality and your outer reality. The subconscious mind (4 billion bit processor) will be working to draw this new reality to you so that the inner and outer realities are congruent.

Our subconscious tends to filter out the words “no” or “not”. For example, let’s say you currently don’t have enough clients or money and you’re in in a pattern of attracting potential clients who have no money and can’t pay for your services. If you would like to attract better clients, then “I have a full practice of #________ full paying ideal clients” may be a good belief statement to use. Avoid a statement such as “I no longer attract clients who can’t pay for my services”.

e. Create your own belief statements. Use the worksheet on the next page to create your own belief statements. Also refer to the Sample Belief Statements for additional ideas.

3. How To Communicate With Your Subconscious Mind

Muscle Testing: A Biofeedback Testing Technique

A. What Is Muscle Testing?

For the purposes of this course, the terms muscle testing and kinesiology are interchangeable and synonymous. Kinesiology is the scientific study of the body's movements. Muscle testing is a method of getting useful information from the body/mind/emotional system. With its proper use, we can present something to the system and then see if there is a resonance match between what we present and what is inside of our body/mind/emotional system. Muscle testing is also called kinesiology or muscle checking. It is the practice of testing or checking the muscle’s response to different kinds of stimuli.

Muscle testing is an easy and effective method of detecting the presence or absence of stress (i.e. inner conflict) in the body/mind/emotional system. It also establishes a convenient “yes/no” communication system with the subconscious mind and can be an accurate detector of subconscious truths. Muscle testing is the main bio-energetic testing method used in the Accelerated Change Template (ACT)™ Belief Change System. You will learn how to muscle test yourself using a variety of methods. Our primary goal with muscle testing is to identify and change subconscious beliefs.

B. How Does Muscle Testing Work?

An easy and effective way to communicate with the Subconscious Mind is with Muscle Testing, because the

subconscious controls motor functions such as muscle movement.

• Muscle Testing is a communication link with the Subconscious Mind

• Subconscious Mind controls the Autonomic Nervous System

• Autonomic Nervous System controls Muscle Movement/Viscera

• Brain sends Electrical Signals via the Autonomic Nervous System

• Strength of Electrical Signal determines Muscle Response

• Presence or Absence of Stress affects Electrical Signal Strength

*Increase Stress → Decrease Muscle Strength

*Decrease Stress → Increase Muscle Strength

• Muscle Testing allows us to observe/perceive Stress via Signal Strength via Muscle Strength

Sources of Stress

• Conflict – Beliefs

• Emotional

When Stress is present, the Muscle Test is weak due to decreased Electrical Signal Strength

4. Self Muscle Testing

There are many methods to use for self muscle testing. The following is a list of the more commonly used self muscle testing methods. Although it is not a complete list, you will probably find at least one method that works for you. Try several of them and practice with them until you feel proficient enough to do alignments on your own. You only need to be proficient with one to identify your subconscious beliefs and facilitate your own alignments to change those beliefs. The list below suggests what the signals may be for a “yes” and “no” response. Remember, YOU get to decide what represents "yes" or "no" based on your calibration step. With any

or all of the methods below, your signals may be different. Go with your own signal based on your

own calibration step.

The key is to practice, practice, practice!!!! I recommend that you practice each method for 1-2 minutes to see if that method works for you. Remember, you only need one that works reliably for you. If you get reliable signals with more than one, just keep using the one you like the best. CALIBRATE – Identify your own “yes” signal and your “no” signal. Do this with each self muscle testing method used, as well as each time you use it because your signals may change each time.

• Muscle Test: “Please show me a ‘yes’” Notice the response.

• Muscle Test: “Please show me a ‘no’” Notice the response. IMPORTANT NOTE: To get the most reliable muscle testing signals, maintain a “neutral”, “curious” and “open” attitude about whether a particular muscle test will be STRONG/ON or WEAK/OFF.

5. Find Self Muscle Testing Method That Works Best For You

1. Pendulum

When you say to the pendulum, “Please show me a yes/no,” the pendulum will begin to swing in a particular pattern. You probably have a natural direction for “yes” and “no”. It may be clockwise, counterclockwise, back and forth, diagonal, standing still, etc. CALIBRATE – Muscle Test: “Please show me a yes/no” Notice the response.

2. Finger-Pinch

Gently pinch your right thumb and first finger together, enclose them in a similar left-handed pinch. Ask your calibration questions and try to open your right pinch against the left one. CALIBRATE – Muscle Test: “Please show me a yes/no” Notice the response. If they hold tightly and you cannot pull them apart = yes. If you can pull them apart = no

3. Double Pinch Chain

Put one pinch inside the other like two links of a chain. Ask your calibration questions and try to pull them apart.

CALIBRATE – Muscle Test: “Please show me a yes/no” Notice the response. If they hold tightly and you cannot pull them apart = yes. If you can pull them apart = no

NOTE: You only need to find one self-muscle testing method that works reliably for you.

6. How to Use Self Muscle Testing

The first step with any of the self muscle testing methods is to “calibrate.” That simply means that you need to know what your own “yes” signal is and what your “no” signal is. The following Establish Communication step can be used for self muscle testing. Remain open, neutral, and curious!

STEP 1: ESTABLISHING COMMUNICATION:

A. CALIBRATE – Identify your own “yes” signal and your “no” signal. Do this with each self muscle testing method used, as well as each time you use it because your signals may change each time.

• Muscle Test: “Please show me a ‘yes’” Notice the response.

• Muscle Test: “Please show me a ‘no’” Notice the response.

B. LIKE/DISLIKE – Stress Detector

• Silently think of something you like/dislike.

• Get into the feeling of what you like/dislike.

• Self Muscle Test

C. TRUE/FALSE – Detector of Subconscious Truths

• Say out loud something that is obviously true/false about yourself. Examples: “My name is Sarah/Jim.”

“I am a woman/man.”

7. How to Identify Beliefs in Subconscious Mind

Use your “yes” and “no” responses from calibration in Step 1 or muscle test with a partner. Say belief statement out loud (or connect with feelings of stressful situation) and muscle test.

III. PRE-TEST BELIEF STATEMENT

Muscle Test: The desired Belief Statement/Stressful Situation/Overall Goal.

• Say the desired belief statement out loud (or connect with feelings of stressful situation)

• Examples: “I easily and effortlessly attract all the ideal clients I want and need.”

“It’s easy for me to attract, train, and manage an ideal team that perfectly

leverages my time, energy, and resources.”

“I am a successful entrepreneur with a multi-million dollar business.”

• Get into the feeling and emotion of the belief statement.

• Say “Clear Signal” and Muscle Test

If WEAK, continue to Alignment Sheets in ACT™ Belief Change System to change belief. If STRONG, you are already congruent with that belief/situation/goal in your subconscious mind and are able to maintain a whole brain state with respect to that belief/situation/goal.

NOTE: Muscle testing belief statements is very similar to the True/False test in Establish Communication
