You can generate Surge reports in 15 minutes or less

• Upload a list of up to 100,000 accounts or use Bombora’s database to filter accounts by Industry or Company Size

• Select up to 50 topics

You check out your data in two reportviews before downloading it

• View 'Summary' reports -which provide an aggregated score against all topics for the company

• View 'Comprehensive' reports -which provide a score for each topic, and has option to break out Metro-level scores for a company

When you’re ready you can download or view your Surge report in a couple of different formats

• View company-level scores in the UI

• Download Surge reports (if less than 20mb, then in csv. If more than 20mb, then in .zip format)

What you need to know before surfing the Surge!

What we’re still working on for fixes in May/June

• The 'metro-level view' may contain reports with negative surges, where the metro area is surging but the overall company is not.

• The 'metro-level values' are not consistent, some include a state abbreviation and sometimes a junk value.

• Surge UI reports will not exactly match the All Domains All Topics (ADAT) file on Bombora’s SFTP. The Surge UI is using an updated modeling process with richer features that more evenly and accurately distributes Surge scores.
