ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Total overall responsibility & accountability of the cell in Safety,
Quality, Production (OEE), HR, Problem solving, Maintenance, Kaizen,
ITDo as per plan by the hour.
2. Take independent decisions related to his cell / line
3. Taking ownership of the problem by identifying & Highlighting it to the
specific Department / Person and resolve it.
4. Coaching & Counseling of the team members as and when required.
5. Effectively communicate company policies, goals, cardinal principles
etc. with workmen, his superiors, & other colleagues.
6. Accept overall responsibility of Planning & Execution related to his cell
including meeting daily delivery schedule.
7. Work on machines for minimum 8 hrs. per week to cover absenteeism
and to maintain & improve his on the job skills.
