A careful fruit selectionTop quality fruits are selected all over the world for their organoleptic properties, processing capabilities and food safetyguarantees.
The typical colour, taste and flavour of fresh fruit is obtained and guaranteed without any additives.
A customized flash-pasteurization processMost purees and the Coulis are flash-pasteurized. (for a few seconds only, at temperatures that are lower than pasteurization process). The process is adapted to each fruit individually.
This process preserves the taste, colour and texture of the fruit puree,
while ensuring that microbiological standards are strictly met.
A long-time experience in blending fruitDifferent batches of fruit that have varied organoleptic properties are blended in one final Puree or Coulis (same process as for Champagne sparkling wines)
The result : a constant and consistent quality, taste and texture all year long, and from one year to the next.
100% natural productsLes vergers Boiron purees are 100% natural. They contain no colouring, no preservative, no stabilizer, no thickener �…
