At the end of the tour you wil l see how to prepare one of the best cof fees in the world. During the tast ing, you wil l learn that the country has di f ferent variet ies and grain origins. This wil l give you the opportunity of learning and dist inguishing between a mild and a strong cof fee. Payment condit ions and policies are restr icted to the contract with the provider according to the program, the provider and Aviatur´s regulat ions.} General condit ions of hotel B.O.G: Early Check In (prior to the t ime provided) / Late Check Out (del ivering the room af ter the t ime provided): I t shal l be granted as per the occupation as of the day i t is required, prior request of the reservat ion. In the event the "Late Check Out" were not informed and authorized by the Hotel reception, i t shal l have an addit ional charge of 50% of the price per night. Reservat ion cancel lat ion policy: For individual reservat ion, cancel lat ion should be requested in wri t ing at least 48 hours prior to the guest arr iving at the hotel , otherwise, the amount corresponding to the f i rst night shal l be charged. No Show Policy (passenger not appearing): The reservat ion shal l be guaranteed up to 12:00 the night the guest is supposed to arr ive. Every guest with a confirmed reservat ion who wil l not arr ive at the hotel as of the day provided shal l be considered a "No show" (passenger not appearing) and he/she shal l pay 100% of the amount corresponding to the f i rst night. The system shal l automatical ly cancel the reservat ion and in the event i t were to be react ivated, a new reservat ion should be requested, which shal l be subject to avai labi l i ty . Check Out Policy (returning rooms): Guests should return the room upon the expirat ion of the accommodation contract . In the event the hotel were 100% occupied and the guest needed to extend his/her stay and this meant the hotel being oversold, the hotel manager may authorize the extension with an overcharge of 50% of the rate negotiated. I f there is no avai labi l i ty , no overcharge shal l be charged. Policies: According to Resolut ion 1375 dated 2015 issued by Aerocivi l , i t is possible for the customer to request withdrawal of the AIR TICKET. Condit ions and withholdings st ipulated in such Resolut ion apply. Refusal : As this is the case of sales through non tradi t ional means, the passenger may withdraw from the air t icket sale provided he does so within 48 hours and that there is a term of at least 8 calendar days for domestic f l ights or 15 calendar days for internat ional f l ights prior to the departure date. Withdrawal: The customer may desist f rom the air t icket provided he requests this r ight up to 24 hours before the f i rst f l ight of his i t inerary. In relat ion with ground services (accommodation, car rental , t ransfers, among others), the withdrawal r ight st ipulated in Law 1480 dated 2012 applies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“Aviatur S.A. is subject to the regime of l iabi l i ty establ ished by law 300/96, D.R. 1075/97, Decree 2438, 2010 and the rules that amend, add to, or reform them. The l iabi l i ty of the tourist plan or package organizer is l imited to the terms and condit ions of the program in connect ion with the provision and quali ty of the services. The agency assumes no l iabi l i ty before user for the air t ransport service, except for chartered f l ights and in accordance with the condit ions of the transport agreement. The reimbursement policies of services not rendered due to Force Majeure or Acts of God si tuat ions, act ion or omission by third part ies or the passenger,non at tr ibutable to the travel agency, before or during the tr ip, that may be subject to, shal l be def ined by each operator and the same shal l be confirmed to user once the travel documents are reserved and issued, as well as the percentages of applicable penal t ies or deductions. Aviatur S.A. is not joint ly and several ly l iable for the amounts requested as reimbursement. Any applicable reimbursement, shal l take place within the 30 calendar days fol lowing the request . However i f the process takes longer due to causes al ien to Aviatur S.A., the lat ter shal l not acknowledge any interest over the amounts to be reimbursed. The percentage of reimbursement shal l depend on the condit ions of the supplier and the administrat ion expenses of the agency. The agency assumes no l iabi l i ty before the user or t raveler for events such as accidents, str ikes, coups, earthquakes, cl imatic or natural phenomena, safety condit ions, pol i t ical factors, denial of permits of entry or visas, legal issues of t raveler , heal th issues and any other case of Force Majeure or Act of God that could occur before or during the tr ip. In the event of Force Majeure or Act of God before or during the tr ip (accidents, str ikes, coups, earthquakes, cl imatic factors, safety condit ions, pol i t ical factors, denial of permits of entry, heal th issues, among others), or simply in order to guarantee the success of the plan, the operator and/or the agency may modify, replace or cancel i t ineraries, dates, f l ights, hotels, opt ional services, which, as from now, is accepted by the passenger at the t ime of acquir ing the services. In case a visa is required, Aviatur S.A. shal l provide advice as applicable, being of the exclusive autonomy of the consular authori ty, everything related with process, documents requested, the study, costs, durat ion of process and the approval or reject ion. In case of refusal of visa, there shal l be no refund of fees paid by the applicant. In any case i t shal l be of the exclusive responsibi l i ty of the passenger, the processing and execution of the informed requirements. In the speci f ic condit ions of each plan the terms of payment shal l be def ined. The amount and terms of payment of the deposits or advanced payments, t ickets, reservat ions to sport events, and cul tural , fa irs, exhibi t ions and the l ike, shal l be subject to the condit ions of the organizer of such events, which information shal l be given at the t ime of purchase. The passenger shal l be exclusively responsible for the custody of his baggage and travel documents. Aviatur S.A., may guide the passenger in the events of loss of baggage or t ravel documents, however under no circumstance, he shal l be l iable for the loss, damage, deter iora-t ion or loss of such i tems. Aviatur S.A. shal l inform passenger on the restr ict ions establ ished by the air l ines as to prohibi t ion, maximum weight and number of pieces per passenger, persons permit ted in the at t ract ions or tourist ic si tes, l imitat ions or impediments to access by maximum cuota. However, compliance with such policies shal l be the exclusive responsibi l i ty of passen-ger, which may vary at discret ion of the transport companies or the service provider. Any addit ional information on terms, condit ions, departure taxes in Colombia and abroad, fees, charges and other compulsory payments, preventive heal th measures at dest inat ion, support services shal l be consulted with the travel advisor or on website www.aviatur.com at the t ime of booking, l ikewise shal l be informed to the passenger in his t ravel documents, according to the character ist ics applying to each. Al l pr ices, fees, taxes, rates or contr ibut ions, set for th in this bullet in or quotat ion shal l be subject to change, avai labi l i ty and term without prior not ice, which shal l be assumed by passenger at the t ime of issuance of the travel documents. Restr ict ions and condit ions apply for each fee published according to i ts terms. The hotel fees depend on the selected accommodation. The cancel lat ion policies, penal t ies, restr ict ions and part icular condit ions of the package shal l be informed to the passenger at the t ime of the issuance of the travel documents. Client acknowledges and accepts in ful l these condit ions, which shal l const i tute the single and ent ire agreement, and exclusive of any covenant or legal provision on the contrary, regarding the terms, condit ions and restr ict ions of the services retained.
