o Dassault Systemes engaged with The Boeing Company in a progressive series of Discovery Sessions, Knowledge Transfer workshops, Sandbox and Proof of Concept sessions, detailing the 3DEXPERIENCEPlatform and Aerospace & Defense Industry Solution Experiences (ISE).
o Through these engagements, some using Boeing data with the ISE toolsets, Boeing validated the value of these ISE best practices and tools, and Dassault Systemes as a value-added consultant. This led to a significant Request for Proposal (RFP) directed at PLM and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)solutions in the fall of 2016.

Factory Smart Logistic and Traffic Management
I am pleased to report that today, March 16 2018, a team of about 20 people from BCA Production Engineering, DassaultSystemes, AC&S, and IT implemented an initial capability to manage factory traffic in the 777X Composite Wing Center using a business process and software capability that is unmatched anywhere in the world.
Using the Dassault/Quintiq tools, we now have the capability to understand the real-time state of a factory, understand all the move requirements, know all the resource requirements to execute all moves, generate a move plan, be able to demonstrate optimality of the move plan with Key Process Indicators, create move plan scenario comparisons, and be able to communicate the optimal moveplan to all stakeholders. This is Model Based Systems Engineering and Data Analytics at their absolute finest.
