Certification Maintenance Online Tool
BCRSP introduces a new web-based tool to assist certificate holders in tracking their Certification Maintenance Points (CMPs)

Step 1: Log-In
• To access the CMP tracking tool, certificate holders must first log-in to the Certificate Holder Only section of the website.
• Your user id is your registration number (including the hyphen)
• If you do not know your password, and your email address is on record, you can click the forgot password link in order to receive an email reminder.
• If the BCRSP does not have your current email address on record, you will need to contact [email protected] and request your password be sent to you.

Step 2: Select the CMP Tracking Tool Link
• Once logged into the certificate holders only section, you will see a menu of options (see image right). Select the Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) link.
• Once redirected to the CMP sub-page, select the CMP Tracking Tool link

Step 3: Viewing the online worksheets

Step 4: Claiming CMPs
• Click the ‘Claim’ button to be taken to this page
• Enter the amount of applicable points
• Browse to upload supporting documentation
• Click the ‘Submit’ button to finalize submission
• Updating the CMP worksheet with this online tool should be done on a continual basis, not only when you are audited
• This tool can be used to track Professional Development for many purposes

Step 5: Viewing CMPs already claimed
• Click on the ‘View’ button to see any CMPs already claimed
• You will also be able to view the supporting documentation that has been uploaded
• If changes need to be made, select the ‘Delete’ button and revise using the steps outlined in the previous slide
• The last column will indicate how which submissions have been approved and which are still pending approval

Reminder
• Once you have completed inputting your latest entry you may log out. A record of all entries will automatically be saved when you submit each claim
• Please note you will still need to submit a hard copy of your CMP worksheets when you are audited
• BCRSP will initiate the audit by mailing out the necessary documentation indicating that it is your year to submit
