Call to order at 7:00 PM Attendees: Steven Lomonaco, Ryan Cordes, Dan Vincent, Steve Mitchell, Tim Hall, Kevin Kubiszewski, Dan Hankinson, Bill Skallos, Karen Kronberg, Invocation was given by Tim Hall President’s Report: Ryan Cordes
John Cordes is not here tonight and has taken over the scholarship program. There are no candidate for the scholarship this year.
Sight in days October 30th and 31th and November 6th and 7th We are sponsoring a golf outing on Aug 7th for the American legion post 120 Next membership meeting no masks
Vice President’s Report: Dan Hankinson
Looking at options for the upcoming chicken shoot will bring up this question at the membership meeting. Looking at getting a committee put together for the chicken shoot.
Still looking for someone to represent Secretary’s Report: Steven Lomonaco
Have 9 students signed up for the August class and 4 for the October class, may have to combine the August and October classes into one class in august.

Gordon took his tractor in to get hydro lines fixed Round robin this Thursday and Sunday Rick Zimmerman will finish cutting the grass Watch where mower parts are going Motion to get more targets was approved Please DO NOT SHOOT AT CLAY TARGETS Meijer state games is coming up

Steve Mitchell New gate is installed, expect to place into service by the end of the month. Light poles piers are installed, poles are expected next week.

Committee Reports
NASSA- June 2nd
Skeet and Trap- going good, spring league is wrapping up June 10th
SCTP- grant will be announced in June sometime with some new machines and looking at possibly
adding a 5 stand, JV and Varsity took high over all, took 13 out 18 squad trophies, last conference meet is coming. A lot of shooting coming up for the kids with nationals coming. Endowment money that is put in the account during nationals will be matched.
Rimfire Bench Rest- 4 shooters room for more
CMP- no report
Well-armed women- June 20th is the next meeting
Hunter Safety- July class is full and September is full
Defensive pistol- have a shoot this Saturday 6/5/21
MUCC- still looking for a representative to go to TreeTops
22 Reactive Target Competition- see Scott for any info, still shooting twice a month
Rimfire challenge- no report
Sunshine- no report
Food and Beverage- no report
Sportsman’s Against Hunger- still collecting for God’s kitchen
Building and Grounds- big project is the gate, piles still need to get moved from field 1 and 2

Safety Updates- stop shooting at clay birds use only paper targets when on the ranges
Deer/Fish/Turkey- bring pictures to next building
