Business Network Builders (BNB) is a consulting company specialized in IT services. Founded in 2003, it is a young and dynamic enterprise with operations in Milan, Madrid and Buenos Aires.

Our professional consultants are perfectly able to successfully manage projects and are managed by Directors with a vast experience in the software technology industry.

WHAT WE DO We provide services in SAP, PeopleSoft and JDEdwards integrated systems as well as IT consulting and services.

We help you from the initial phases (software assessment) to its implementation and further operation (maintenance, support, help desk and ongoing improvement). Implementation Projects: Based on the main concept that BNB partners up in the success of the imple-mentations we are working on, our job starts with the selection of the adequate software for each case and finishes when the new system goes live, paying attention to each step of the implementations of the technologies we deploy: SAP, PeopleSoft and JDEdwards. Our work methodology applies to deployment of new systems, to geographical rollouts as well as to rollouts after mergers or acquisitions in order to standardize processes or upgrades.

Upgrades: Technical or functional upgrades in our customers’ environments are aimed at upgrading to the latest releases offered by the manufacturer, to leverage the new market’s functionalities and avoid the obsolescence of previous releases.

Maintenance & Support: In order to meet our customers’ needs for corrective and evolutionary maintenan-ce for their SAP, PeopleSoft o JDEdwards systems, at BNB we have consolidated a wide range of options tailored to the requirements and budget of each company. Our Help Desk is a service that includes methodology and scope that suit each requirement, and is aimed at incident resolution according to pre-established service level agreements (SLA).

Software Factory: BNB meets its customer’s needs for tailored development regarding SAP, People-Soft or JDEdwards systems efficiently, reducing costs and delivery times. We help companies to work on developments in a software factory mode, guaranteeing a high quality software code.
