itcoolsdown).4. Adjusttheplatelevelknobclosesttothenozzleuntilittouchesthepaper(youmust
feelsomefrictionwhenyoutrytomovethepaper).5. PresstheKnobtocontinuetothenextcalibrationpoint.6. Repeatsteps4and5,untilyoucompletetheremaining4calibrationpoints.7. PressOK.

LOADFILAMENT
1. PresstheKnobandgotoControlàFilamentàLoad.2. Waituntilthehotendreachestheappropriatetemperature.3. Pull the extruder hindgewhile inserting the filament (aproximately 2,5 cm) in the
extruderhole.(Figure3)4. Selectinsertandpress,checkifthefilamentbeingpulled.5. Waituntiltheextruderstops(itmaytakeaminute).6. Removetheextrudedfilament.

FIRSTPRINT
1. Install slicer software.We reccomend cura software but any slicerwill do (go towww.ultimaker.com/en/products/cura-software/list anddownloadversion15.02.1ofcura).
2. Import our print profiles into cura software ( go tohttp://www.blockstec.com/downloads/print_profiles.zip and download ouroptimizedsettings).
3. Importa3Dmodel(gotowww.thingiverse.comanddownloadanythingyouwish).4. Choosetheprofilesuitableforthedesiredquality.5. SavetoSDcard.OncesavedremoveitsafelyandtheninsertitintotheBlocksone
cardslot.6. PresstheKnobandgotoPrintfromSDandselectyourfile.7. The Blocks one will home its axis and then heat up. When the nozzle is at the
desiredtemperature,theprintwillstart.8. Aftertheprintfinishesremovethebulldogclipsandtheglasswiththeprintedpart.9. Lettheglasscooldownnaturallyandthendetachthepart(Ifthepartgetsstuckto
theglass,useaspatulatodetachit).

CLEANINGTHENOZZLE
1. PresstheKnobandgotoControlàTemperatureàNozzle.2. RotatetheKnobtoselect220ºC,waituntilitreachesthetemperature.3. Removetheplasticfromthenozzleusingapairoftweezers.4. RepeatStep1andselect0ºC.
