Blockchainに関する大手企業の動き

bitcoin取引所で最大のstartup CoinbaseにNYSEが投資した事を発表2015/1

2014/12 R3CEV: 金融機関によってblockchain技術の導入に向けた研究開発を行う目的のコンソーシアムが創設

2015/9当初はBarclays, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, UBS等９社の金融機関が参加し、正式にスタート。その後BoA, Citi, HSBC, 東京三菱UFJ等が参加を表明、12月に野村HD, SMBCが追随し42社の世界中の金融機関が参加している。

2015/9 Visa, Citi, Nasdaqがblockchain関連startupのChain.comに総額$30Mの投資を実施

NASDAQがビットコインベンチャーNoble Marketとの業務提携を発表。5月に未公開株式市場向けにblockchainを導入するinitiativeを設立

2015/3

blockchainを用いたciti独自のデジタル通貨のトライアルについて発表。2015/3

2015/12 bitcoinによる株式取引を行うoverstock社がSECにより正式に5億ドル分の有価証券の発行が認められる

2015/12blockchainを用いたオープンソースプロジェクト「opensource ledger」を発足。R3CEV、アクセンチュア、ドイツ証券取引所、富士通、東京三菱UFJ、Intel、Cisco等を含めた19社が参加を表明。各アプリケーションの技術標準を作成する。

bitcoin protocol

in bitcoin protocol, it only records the “transaction” of transferring a right of bitcoin. this transaction is distributed publicly and verified by all nodes joined. IOT, anything can be recorded in the decentralized protocol based on blockchain technology and thus it’s hard to be hacked unless hacker has more computing power than the network the hacker try to crack.
