General Comments about Blocks:

Make them as easily to read/use as possible, for you want them to be extremely convenient in a round.

Follow this template as closely as you can. The more uniformly everyone makes their blocks, the more easily everyone else can use them.

Ensure all arguments are extremely efficient. They should be short so they can be quickly read, but still be warranted and complete.

The better the blocks are before the round, the easier they are to use in round. Time all arguments and write in the times before tag, so that you can quickly assess how much time is required.
