future and resources needed, ensuring that they meet the 4 Es: (Effectiveness, Efficiency, Economically, and Equality).

Key Findings of Service Reviews
• Need to develop systems that can cope with the requirements of two Local Authorities and one Joint Partnership as well Welsh Government reporting
• Training needs to be of a high quality and to support the development of staff across the whole sector
• QCF provision to focus on working towards all staff achieving the relevant qualification and supporting the whole sector to also work towards that goal.

More Findings from Reviews
• Provision to be made for the implementation of the CPEL framework
• Some processes and procedures will have to remain separate until full integration of operational services
• Service provision is joint and needs to be planned accordingly avoiding any duplication and maximising resources and looking at alternative, more effective ways of delivering a service.
