Its been called a Legendary August event. The most anticipated dance event in
Lagos. From the stables ofProcid Entertainmentcomes a block buster event THE
ARENA. Procid Entertainment invites you to become a Corporate Sponsor for
the 1st
Edition of this annual Dance Showcase. Now is the time to secure your
companys place as a supporter of this spectacular show which is a great
opportunity for community involvement and advertisement.
The event is all about DANCE, which will bring some of the finest hip hop dance
crews, communities and talents together on one stage, one concert, one day. The
event has been tagged The Arena a dance competition involving 10 Crews
made up of 6 dancers competing for the grand prize of N800,000, this alongside
other talented dance and musical acts.
The event is to be staged at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

Founded in 2005, Procid Entertainment is a dance inspired organization made up
of adventurous and purpose driven young people, with more than 10 years of
dancing experience and 5 years of instructing experience. Procid Entertainment isa dynamic dance body aimed at bringing about positive change in our community
and across the shores of this continent. Our mission is to inspire individuals to
maximize their inborn potentials and influence the community while providing
warm and enjoyable entertainment.
With astonishing events like SWITCH,DANCE UNCENSORED and
REDEFINITION to our name, Procid Entertainment events has been described by
many as the rave of the moment. DANCE UNCENSORED which was held on the 7th
of May, 2011 attracted more than 1,250 attendees, which is unusual for ticketed
events in this part of the city. The Fame and impacts of the events continues tospread, as we are still getting unlimited comments from people on the web. THE
REDEFINITION was held on the 18th September 2011, and attracted more than
2000 attendees, That is why we have decided to package this block buster event,
and organizations are welcome to leverage on this opportunity.
Dance is an Art. Often a rhythmic movement of the body to music, used asa form of expression and social interaction.
The soul of dance is the capacity to express feelings and passion. It can bean act of performance or a spiritual expression.
Also, it serves as a medium of exercise to keep a healthy body and lifestyle. Since its existence, Dance has proven to be a sustainable form of
entertainment art, driving creativity, innovation and celebration.
A large percentage of the youth generation across the globe are highlyengaged in a form of dance art or the other.

These forms of dance range from Gymnastics, Aerobics, Salsa, Hip hop,Figure Skating, Synchronized Swimming, etc. even Martial Arts Kata are
comparable to dance movements.
Parties are not left out as dance is the fundamental medium of expressingjoy and celebration in the African Community.

A dance battle happening on the 17th of June 2012 involving 10 crewsmade up of (6) dancers competing for the grand prize and the title of the
LORDS OF THE ARENA
The first prize is 800,000 & (6) Suprakhicks, 2nd prize 500,000 & 6Suprakhicks, 3
rdPrize 300,000 Naira Only
A platform that is set to help young people develop their talents andcapabilities that they may realize their full potentialities, using dance as the
MEDIUM.
Comedians and upcoming artist are not also left out as they add spice tothe event
A youth empowering event with the drive to get young people off thestreets and to add value to lives which will make them become better
people in the society instead of engaging in social vises.

constituent groups:

Keeping in mind the above points we have laid down our efforts towardsachieving the same.
Our main package for your company include:

We are working with Joel Multimedia Studio, an affiliate with ONTV to create astrong television campaign.
Our visual communication campaign is going to consist of:
a. 100 commercials that will air on TVC, ONTV, Sound City, Hip on TV, VideoWheels, Dynamix on TV.
b. One (:10) second commercial to promote the Main Sponsor after eachAdvert.
PrintWe plan to run ads in the Top Magazines as well as other local publications.
Promotional materials such as posters, flyers, backdrops, will be distributed at
strategic points in Lagos.
Signage
For two weeks prior to the event, billboards, road sign, backdrops and posters
will be featured at strategic points in Lagos. This signs will advertise the event
along with the its sponsors logo.
BRT BUSESPrecisely a month to the event prints of the event will be featured on BRT BUSES
that take two major routes in Lagos along side with the sponsors logo.
Other Event Promotions
In addition to the promotional media, we will embark upon a comprehensive
publicity and non-media promotional campaign, this include brandedT-shirts and Wristbands. We will be out in the community talking about the
event, getting everybody involved and excited will bring about more
entertainment and thrill to the event.

of information about the show, its sponsors, and will feature the appropriate
media promotion and publicity. In addition the website will link to other social
group such as Facebook,Twitter, MySpace, providing another wide range of
promotion for the event.
Road Shows
We will be embarking on a rally on the streets, The university of Lagos and other
event centers, promoting the event (more exposure for our sponsors).
