Duties include: Define project scope including in-depth analysis, create input/output modeling, and develop business process methodologies and best practices. Develop timelines, use cases, business process flows, and conceptual and physical data design for new products. Lead planning and status meetings throughout project life cycles. Coordinate with stakeholders and senior management to understand business needs and develop cost effective solutions. Manage the organization and human impacts of planned system changes; define plans to address those impacts, and ensure Change Management plan is integrated with the IT plan.
